Get ready to experience Greenville in a new way... Wake up in your beautifully decorated bedroom, and brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee, and listen as the city wakes up around you. Spend your days exploring the city, drinking good coffee, and eating food from renowned foodie-favorite local restaurants... all of which are within walking distance of Trio Loft! Then, unwind after a day in the city by snuggling up next to the indoor wood-burning stove, while watching a movie on the 65" TV. This loft has a way of enchanting you, and we cannot wait for you to find out why! THE SPACE - Beautiful Hard-Wood Floors - Washer + Dryer (Detergent Provided) - Lightning Fast Wi-Fi (Perfect for Remote Work!) - Our home is stocked with clean and sustainable products and toiletries to give you and your loved ones a toxin-free stay! THE KITCHEN + DINING AREA - Fully-Equipped Kitchen w/ Cooking + Baking Essentials (No Food) - Fridge + Freezer - Microwave - Stove + Oven - Dishwasher - Keurig Machine - Kitchen Peninsula w/ Seating for Dining THE LIVING ROOM - Indoor Wood-Burning Stove - 65" Cable TV - Comfortable Couch, Love-Seat + Recliner - Windows Overlooking the City! THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 1 Bedroom | - 1 Queen Bed - Air mattress in the bedroom closet - We have had many previous guests who have loved sleeping a 5th person on the comfortable couch! *The bedroom includes a dreamy mattress and quality, sustainable linens. THE BATHROOM | 1 Bathroom | - 1 Full Bath w/ Walk-In Shower - Essential Toiletries Included (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryer, etc.) PARKING - There is parking available at the Richardson Street Parking Garage (a 5 minute walk away from Trio Loft) - Feel free to stop and drop off your bags before parking! - There is also plenty of street parking available "This place was PERFECT! The place was spotless, much bigger than anticipated, and had everything we needed. We've stayed at many hotels nearby, and I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else again!" We love the environment, and are doing everything that we can to minimize our carbon footprint on this area. Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us! - We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens - We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste! - All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste. - We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! - Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas! LOCAL AIRPORTS: 1. Greenville/Spartanburg (GSP) 2. Asheville (AVL) 3. Charlotte-Douglas (CLT) LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: 1. Mice on Main- A fun game created by the city, there is a scavenger hunt to find the stone mice throughout the city! The kids will love this! (A simple internet search will give you instructions!) 2. Flour Field- You have to hit a Greenville Drive baseball game if you are here in season! 3. Falls Park on the Reedy River- This is a favorite of locals and tourists alike! This beautiful park overlooks a gorgeous downtown waterfall in the heart of the city! 4. Swamp Rabbit Trail- A beautiful trail that takes you into the heart of the city, and runs for miles! Enjoy bike rides, runs, or a stroll with a cup of coffee in the morning. 5. Peace Center for the Performing Arts 6. Main Street- Enjoy shopping, entertainment, and a food-lover's heaven on Main Street! There is a reason why this street is rated one of the best and friendliest in the US! LOCAL RESTAURANTS: 1. Trio Cafe 2. Grill Marks 3. Biscuit Heads (You will need to drive there- but a fantastic brunch spot!) 4. Gather- Near Flour Field, this space is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars that are all in shipping containers! Really cool place to hang-out, especially when there is live music! 5. Tupelo Honey 6. Sassafras Southern Bistro 7. Between The Trees LOCAL COFFEE: 1. Spill The Beans (You have to try their espresso milkshake!) 2. Coffee Underground 3. Methodical Coffee- This is my personal favorite! LOCAL BARS: 1. UP on the Roof- Great drinks with great views! 2. Brewery 85 3. Neat Bourbon Bar 4. The Trappe Door LOCAL GROCERY STORES: 1. Trader Joes 2. Harris Teeter 3. Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery 4.
