No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. 5. There is a camera on the exterior of the home. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year for the safety of our guests and the property. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
