This destination will quickly become your home away from home! We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! Here are a few ways that we are loving on the beautiful environment, and welcoming you to join us! - We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens - We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste! - All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste. - We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! - Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Please Note: 1. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. This is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate illegal drugs, hookahs, smoking indoors or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. Please do not bring external speakers and play loud music - the neighborhood is very quiet. We do not permit additional people at the home who are not included in the original booking. During the day we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and keep music turned down while outside. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors and the property! :) 2. Be sure to bring your own firewood for the fire pit, or you can purchase some at a nearby Turkey Hill convenience store at Rt. 30 and Ronks Rd. 3. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate. 4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home. 5. We offer 24/7 complimentary communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations!
