Thanks to the natural Florida sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! • Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas! Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home. 2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. 3.
