The original house sat in Connecticut and was disassembled to be built into a newer modern version here in Warwick, MD. This original colonial styled home has been upgraded and PACKED full of amenities - a pool, chipping/putting green, duck pond, hot tub, pickleball and basketball court, playground, pizza oven - just to name a few! Boasting a rustic aesthetic with exposed wood beams and stone accents, the interior is complemented by modern amenities for ultimate comfort. The spacious layout includes a gourmet kitchen, cozy living areas, and multiple bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space. We cannot wait for you to build lifelong memories with families and friends with all of these amazing amenities! The pool has it's very own waterslide, comfy lounge chairs, and several dining table spaces. Please note that the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly. We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day! ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: - Linens for The Beds - Towels and Washcloths - Paper Towels - Dish Soap - Trash Bags - Laundry Detergent Pods - 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper per Bathroom - Bath Essentials - Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash *Please bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay. Please Note: 1. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time. No prom events/parties, even if an adult is willing to sign for the minor. Thank you for your understanding. 2. We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate. 3. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day. 4. Please note that the pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. We keep it closed for the Winter season after Labor Day. Please be sure to plan your vacation accordingly. 5.
