The home was beautiful we enjoyed the pond and how peaceful it was. We came on a moms trip to relax and for the most part this property was exactly what we needed. Some exceptions were the beds. they were very hard and made it difficult to sleep. Our last day there we were very disappointed we lost power to the whole home. It was out of anyone's control we do understand that, during the outage we contacted owner and took him some time to respond with answers. I did contact local power company they were unable to help because I did not know the correct information on owners. the house did not have anything for emergency stay, no back up plan. we had 1 candle for lighting no heat and it was March, could not use restroom, could not prepare our food. Owners were not accommodating or helpful in the situation. Very disappointed because up until that point our stay was wonderful.

Stillwater Retreat did not disappoint! The house was exactly as described in the listing. The property is very secluded and beautiful. The inside is super cozy and was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. All listed amenities were provided. <br/>Since we went in the winter time, we didn’t get to enjoy everything… like the pond, kayaking, fire pit, and the walking trail around the property. However, we did enjoy the hot tub, the giant soaker tub in the master bathroom, the gaming table upstairs in the loft, the fully stocked kitchen and the beautiful views from inside the house, including the many birds that visited the bird feeder outside. <br/>If you’re going in the winter when there could be snow or ice, be aware that this house is off the beaten path on a dirt/gravel road … and the driveway itself is fairly long and has a hill. So make sure to have the proper type of vehicle that can handle the terrain.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Road Accessibility
If you are planning a stay with us during snowy weather, we strongly recommend arriving in an four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be snow-covered during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

This home contains features that may be difficult for elderly and guests with mobility challenges - including climbing a set of stairs to access additional levels.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• BNB Breeze will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — BNB Breeze will match it.
